Disappointed Automatic Shipment Charges

The Proactiv I ordered last Sunday, came in the next day (Monday). I was very disappointed because the Refining mask wasn't there. So I called and found out that they charge me for the full amount while the customer service that I talked to said that I can choose the option of two payments. That's the reason why I took the every 2 months automatic shipments.

So I cancaled the 2 months automatic shipment and I will just call before the package is finish, since they will just charge me for full amount anyway. THE SAME THING!!!!

I also hope to receive the Refining Mask.

Proactiv works for my kids.. Just disappointed with the customer service.
