I am so happy that I am finally here in the Philippines for 3 weeks vacation. I will definitely take a lot of rest specially for my shoulder. I am having a lot of shoulder pain for a couple of days before my flight. Wednesday For My Relaxation Treatment

Today is Wednesday and it's my Relaxing Hot Tub day. I will make sure to soak myself into my Aveeno Relaxing Soothing Bath Treatment after my workout.

I have not done my workout for 2 days because I was busy doing things in preparation for my vacation in the Philippines next week. But I am glad I was still able to lose weight even if I didn't do my workout for the last 2 days. Thanks to my very effective 7 days vegetable diet soup plan.

Skin Reactions

I have been using Calamansi Eskinol for a couple of weeks now. I am not sure if this is the cause of some breakout on some of the area of my face. The breakout is softer than usual making it easy to come out before it dried out. I am still hoping that these are just some initial reaction and it will eventually clear up when my skin gets use to it. So I will give it another few weeks of using it.

This Facial Cleaner feels so cool on my skin and I love it. It makes my skin looks fresh and clean for longer hours.I also noticed that it makes my skin lighter and brighter.

It really helps to control oil productions on my face that's why I don't use it after using my Nubrilliance Microdermabrasion mini machine because I don't want my skin to get so dry after the effect of microdermabrasion. Very nice cleanser for oily skin.

Aveeno Treatment Bath For Relaxation

Today is my relaxing hot tub so I will definitely take time to relax on my tub after my kickboxing workout. I bought the Aveeno Relaxing Soothing Treatment Bath that focus on dry and itchy skin because I realized that epson salt can be bad for the pipes of tub. So I thought of using my Epson Salt only once a month to make sure that will not hurt the pipeline on our house.
