Acne Breakout Due To Dry Skin

I am doing my Facial Deep Cleaning now. I a very light squeeze on some breakout on my lest chen area after steaming my face and before I apply the facial mask. I hope it will dried up soon.
One stubborn acne breakout on my right chin looks like it won't come out that's why it is starting to get dark. I really hate it when the acne won't come out because it is creating a dark spot. It will take a while before it dried out and longer to fade the dark color.

I have a lot of breakout this week and I really don't know why. I think it is the Pro-activ Repairing Lotion that causes this breakout because my skin feels so dry. Too much dryness on the skin can cause breakout too.
