
It's my third day taking the antibiotic for pelvic pain and I think I am feeling a lot better now, compare to yesterday. I feel so much pain yesterday but I have to force myself to go work or I will be in trouble again.
I have been sweating a lot because of my workout so I made sure that I have the pitcher of water in front of me to remind me that I have to drink this much water specially that I am taking antibiotic. And I will make sure to drink this much water even if I am not taking any medication for my infection because I don't want to get sick again.
Aside from that, drinking less water while doing daily workout is bad for my kidney so I will make sure to fill up this pitcher of water every morning, when I get home from work, to make sure that I will have enough water in my body before and after my workout.
