I finally found the Vegetable Soup 7 Days Diet Recipe and I am ready to loose all the weight I gained after my last surgery. I have done this diet and I know how fast, effective and healthy this diet. Once I have lost the weight and my body starts to follow, I have to have the Laser Genesis Treatment because my skin will start to look saggy. I have to look at my budget for this. Other wise, I might just have the Laser Treatment later on.
