Exercising At Home With DVD Exercise Video

I have not been exercising since last week because of cough cold with a terrible sore throst. But I will try my best to exercise today after I shipped this one order. I am pretty excited to exercise today because I bought two The Firm exercise DVDs. I bought it only for CAD$4.99 each while I usually buy this type of DVD for about UD$14.00 and above.

I like exercising by following The Firm exercise DVD. It's fun and it really work. I already have some of their exercise accesorries like the The Firm Fanny Lifter and Sculpting Stick, so I follow most of their exercise routines.

It saves me time and money to do my exercise by following different exercise videos. I don't have to go out to travel and pay for any fitness membership. All I have to do, is turn on my TV and DVD player, insert the exercise video and have fun.
