Maintaining Weight On Holiday

I have been struggling a lot in loosing weight for a couple of months and I will struggle more now that I am in 2 weeks vacation... lol... I try my best to be physically active so I do at least 45 minutes aerobics or dancing to start the day. I make sure that I do this everyday to keep my metabolism up.

I also bought a lot of fruits to remind me to include fruit on every meal for faster digestion. I am glad that someone gave me the Magic Bullet so it is easier for me to make big servings of fruits into a fruit juice in just a few minutes.

Well I guess this is the only thing I can share right now. I hope that at least, I wont gain weight this Christmas vacation.

Hi Tey, how are you? My business is alright this month is also weaker month for me but not really totally low sales.

Hello!!I am a little worried also because I am not back yet to my normal weight after having a baby. Still having bigger tummy than normal. I hope it will be gone soon. Nways, Have a wonderful New Year!!
