I know every Christmas, everyone is struggling to stick on eating healthy food. But guess what? It's not bad to excuse yourself for one day. Just eat everything that you want to eat but keep it in moderation. Always include fruit on your diet to help you feel full. Food rich in fiber will help you metabolize those extra calorie. Exercise and it won't be hard to burn those extra calorie.
