So I included the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey on my weight loss diet for a couple of days. As I've mentioned, I had some acidic reaction on the first day, then after that, everything is okey. I've noticed some irregularity on my vowel movement. I mostly have constipation.
Yesterday, I felt dizzy. So I tried looking at my blood pressure and noticed that there are few drop on my blood pressure. I search and find some answer. Apple Cider Vinegar is a substance that can help to lower down the cholesterol level and blood pressure if taken contantly. It is sure a healthy way to lower down the level of choleterol. But for someone with regular cholesterol and blood pressure level, it may have some negative effects if taken too much from the normal level.
I've taken it every after meal and I guess it effects my blood pressure. So I stop taking it for a while and just focus on my balance diet with more on tomatoe on each meal.

Yes, that's very practical. No use suffering from unnecessary side effects because of that. Anyway, the surest way to lose weight is still the old fashioned reduction of food intake and regular exercise. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
