Healthy Weight Loss Diet


I felt sad that I didn't even loss a single pound last week, and I really hope that my mind will be focus on eating the right food this week. I wanted to start the rapid weight loss that I did before, but I am afraid that it might not have some good effect on my health. So I will just stick on my Balance Diet and regular exercise.

Aside from eating the wrong food, I skipped few days on my exercise. I guess this is the reason why I am having a slight back pain since yesterday. One good thing about exercising is that, it will not only keep you fit and strong, but it also help to strenghten your muscles and release some tension on stip muscles.

Healthy weight loss should start from eating the right food. Try to avoid carbohydrates but never remove them 100% on your diet. We all need carbohydrates and avoiding them totally will not help you in loosing weight.

Weight loss is much better done slowly rather than quickly. When you lose weight quickly your mind believes it is sick and must take on as many calories as possible. That leads to binging.

Slow weight loss tends to be permanent as it gives time for the mind and body to align towards it's goal.
