I miss my Sunday exercise today because I had a terrible headache this morning. Grr!!! Oh well, I will make it up during the weekdays. I will spend longer hours on my exercise this week.
I guess excusing myself for a strict diet during the weekend make sense. Since I have 5 straight days to watch what I eat during the week days. I lost only 3 pounds last month and it is very slow. I really need to loose weight faster.
I need to do what I did before in loosing weight. I just need to be more focus now. I guess the secret in loosing weight is discipline which is very hard for everyone. Because of our busy life, we tend to loose our focus on eating the right food and grab whatever is within our reach. So I bought the food that I need and make sure I can see it right away, once my stomach starts to call me.
