
I find tomatoe very effective in melting fats along with regular exercise and eating food low in fats and more on rich in fiber foods. I lost 3 pounds this week but ate too much sweets yesterday and few more sweet a couple of hours ago. I will excuse myself today and yesterday and I will just make it up this weekend. lols.
Always make sure the Tomatoe is included on your diet accompanied by other healthy foods like lettuce, carrots, celery and fruits like orange. This makes loosing weight faster. You don't have to starve yourself from food that you love to eat. Just keep your eating habits in moderation. Keep yourself focus on your goal in losing weight by preparing this food on every meal.
You also have to make sure to have enough exercise and more active lifestyle. Never forget to drink at least 8 glases of water a day .

Very informative indeed. My way of reducing weight and cholesterol level is drinking 3 glasses of cold water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp honey after every meal. This has helped in lowering my bp too and controlling my parasite problem in my tummy. Thanks for your post. God bless you always.
I have been wantint to buy apple cider vinegar to try your trick Mel, but I always forget to grab one at the grocery store... grrrr I always have honey in my kitchen...
