
I feel so depressed seing the pictures taken from our vacation in Seattle Washington. My goodness!!! I am so fat!! I gain too much weight. This made me feel so bad and I really need to go on a strict diet and exercise.
Yesterday, I went to the grocery store and bought all the foods that I will need for my diet. I really need to loose about 15 pounds before the end of this year. I will try to loose more than 5 pounds this month and I can only do this if I will eliminate all those fatty and junk foods that made me gain so much weight.
Now this is my plan in loosing weight the healthy way. I hope you can join me and see how it work. I have been gaining and loosing weight but this time it will be harder since I need to loose 15 pounds.
* I will need to eat let carb by avoiding rice. I always make sure that I have whole wheat bread and cereal so I wont eat less good card during the day.
* Eat more green leafy food so I bought cabbage and lettuce to stock on my fridge for the whole week.
* Tomatoe is very rich in fiber so I always make sure that I stuff my meals with tomatoes.
* Fruits is high in fiber and rich in Vit C. So I will always make sure that I have oranges and other fruits like strawberries, grapes and apple on my meals. I love oranges since it is low in calorie.
* Exercise, exercise, exercise, exercise, .... at least 30 minutes a day and 1 hour during the weekend.
* Drink water,.... a lot of water!!! To flush all the toxins in my body

Why don't you try this healthful remedy to surely lose weight. Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp of honey in a glass of cold water and take them 3 times a day before meals. Not only is it good for losing weight by dissolving fats and cholesterol in the body, it can also lower blood pressure, blood sugar and can eliminate parasites like amoeba and worms in the body.
