Starting Slow Exercise After Surgery

Weee, I finally did slow aerobics today by following my 30 minutes low impact aerobics. I feel a lot better doing aerobics than the last time I did it. I think I can start doing slow dance aerobics instead of walking outside. I feel more comfortable exercising inside our house. But I will do it alternately making sure to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week. I also did few upper body weight lifting using a very light dumbells ( 1 lbs).

I have to do this slowly since my body was at rest for a quite a long time, after the surgery. We all need to exercise. Once your body was at rest for quite sometime, you have to start slowly and increase it as your body starts to regain the energy. Your body will tell you when to start increasing the tension.
