
Don't skimp on sleep. A full rest is fuel for the following day. Rested people feel they work better and are more comfortable when the day is over. Sleep is such an easy thinkg to trade away to TV, to work, to anything. Sleep seems like the bottomless bank account we can never overdraw. But a good sleep pays dividends in every aspect of our lives.
Quality and quantity of sleep contribute to health, well-being, and a positive outlook. For those who sleep less than eight hours, every hour of sleep sacrificed result in an 8 percent positive feeling about their day.
