
I was supposed to walk this morning but I was caught up with a lot of pending works on my blogging routine. I guess I will start my walk tomorrow for 3o minutes since I still don't feel that I am ready for any exercise since I had my surgery.
Walking is known to be the best exercise for any age. So I guess this is the best exercise that I can do for now until I feel that my body is ready to do some strenous exercise as I used to. It's hard when your body used to be so active then suddenly you have to slow down. I gained a lot of weight and I feel bad about it. So I need to start walking regularly and start eating less to loose these extra fats.
