Adding and Removing for Balance Life

What are the things that you can add or remove from your life for balance? why?

  1. Get 20 minutes earlier and spend extra time sipping tea and relax.
  2. Watch less television.
  3. Make more time to do things that you love to feel more balance and in touch with nature.
  4. Less living in the future and enjoy the NOW more.
  5. Make more time to around the neighborhood and unwind every night.
  6. Add one more hour of my "family time" to your day- time where kids would have full attention without the distractions of chores, homework, other activities and phone calls.

It is sometimes hard especially if you are always behind those loads of work. But if we could just take our time and focus on life balance, we can have more.
